SLAT is a one-woman operation run by Katherine Mitchell. Katherine has taught the Alexander Technique for over 25 years.
She offers private lessons in the Alexander Technique, as well as introductory workshops and lecture demonstrations for organizations, conventions, and small groups.
In addition, SLAT offers a three-year Alexander Technique teacher-training program certified by the American Society of the Alexander Technique, AmSAT.
